30 Years of Excellence
As we reflect on our history, we are proud of our continued commitment to excellence in service, which we could not do without the support of partners like you. Over the past 30 years we have helped thousands of individuals find work and resources to sustain themselves and their families. We've also partnered with hundreds of corporations and local companies to connect the right talent to the right job as well as to elevate the skills of existing employees. We are grateful those who chose The Training Source as their resource for economic mobility, education, training and support.
Together, we have expanded our ability to serve job seekers and employers through innovative training and partnerships. We re-opened our facility after COVID with a welcoming, energy-efficient, upgraded training facility that offers 24/7 public WiFi in a community where many lack technology in their homes. This has increased our ability to serve youth and adults in the shifting employment market.
And yet, even with all of this, there is still work to do. As we celebrate 30 years of excellence, we are embarking on Phase II of our renovations designed to strengthen our approach to community support services. This will enable residents to access technology, professional clothing, food, access to social services, referrals, and other assistance that help people in need support themselves and their families.
The services and training we offer help those who are adversely impacted by systemic barriers that lead to employment, housing and education inequality, domestic violence, and more.
